Mailing Transponders Campaign 101

Customers with a North Carolina or South Carolina address who receive a toll invoice from NC Quick Pass between November 11, 2024 – February 28, 2025 will receive a NC Quick Pass Sticker transponder along with their invoice.

Once you receive your new Sticker transponder, you can activate it and your new NC Quick Pass account on our activation webpage. Make sure to have your new Sticker and license plate number in hand when you do so.

Customers with a North Carolina or South Carolina address who receive a toll invoice between November 11, 2024 – February 28, 2025 will receive a NC Quick Pass Sticker transponder along with their invoice.

You will need to pay your toll invoice and convert to an account to activate your new transponder. Here’s how:

• Visit the Pay Now page   
• You can use your invoice number or license plate number to search for your invoice
• Select the Convert to a NC Quick Pass Account button
• Enter all required information
• Select the Activate Transponder button on the Transponders section
• Make sure to have Activate Transponder selected as your Transponder Method
• Select Pay Now to pay your invoice
• Select the View Account button to see your new NC Quick Pass account
• Make sure to install your transponder on your windshield before you hit the road
