NC Quick Pass is working with retailers to bring NC Quick Pass to you, offering physical locations to pay a bill or manage your account. Each of our partnerships offers different services including:
- Paying a toll invoice
- Replenishing NC Quick Pass account funds
- Purchasing a transponder on the go

If customer funds are delayed by the vendor, no penalty or fee will be assessed to the customer. If the initial payment was submitted after the due date, the customer will be assessed the normal late fee or penalty.

A transponder on the go is a NC Quick Pass Sticker transponder that can be purchased at some of our partnership locations. Visit our Transponders on the Go page to find our current locations.
Sticker transponders purchased at our partnership locations must be activated and associated with a NC Quick Pass account before you hit the road.
Transponders on the go purchased at partner locations are non-returnable and non-refundable.
