Bill by Email
Customers participating in the Bill by Mail program can opt-in to receive their invoices by email instead of through the U.S. Postal Service.
Invoices delivered through the Bill by Email option follow the same guidelines and policies as invoices delivered by U.S. mail. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the vehicle’s registered owner may have to pay late fees, could face civil penalties and/or DMV registration holds, and could have their debt turned over to a collection agency.
Pay your invoice, and on the receipt screen you will be able to enroll in the Bill by Email program.
You will receive a confirmation at the email address you entered.
If NC Quick Pass can’t deliver your invoice to the email address you provided, you will begin receiving your invoices through U.S. mail again. If you would like to receive your invoices by email, you must opt in again to the Bill by Email option with a valid email address and agree to the Bill by Email terms and conditions.
You can update your email address by logging in to your account with your invoice number and either your ZIP code or license plate number. Once logged in, you can manage your email preferences under the Bill by Email section of the page.
