Envelopes and Invoices
Follow this guide on what to look for in your mailbox if you have traveled on a toll road in NC and don’t have a NC Quick Pass account.
Envelopes
Envelopes display the NC Quick Pass logo only. Look for an alert within a red box on the envelope. This lets you know an action is needed.
Invoice
On the first page of your invoice, you will find the Invoice Number and Invoice Date in the top right.
Toward the middle, you will find the Amount Due and Due Date. Choose an option listed under the Ways To Pay section on the right.
Details of Your Trip
If you want details of your trip, look at the New Toll Transactions section on the back of your invoice.
