    • How do I update the information on my NC Quick Pass account?

      You can update your account contact information by logging into your account under the “Manage My Account” tab. Once logged in, click “Account Profile” from the Main Menu on the left side navigation bar. To update your mailing address or phone number, click “Edit” on the right side under Account Holder Information. To update your email address, statement delivery option or challenge question, click “Edit,” located next to your email address on the right side under Account Settings. To update your password, click “Edit” next to your current password on the right side.

      To update your payment information, click “Update Payment Info” from the Main Menu on the left side navigation bar. You can edit your primary card on file or add a secondary card to your account.
